When these glands become depleted energy, sleep, thyroid, and even sex hormones can be effected. Drenamin promotes healthy adrenal gland function which helps maintain energy and emotional balance. Drenamin should be used along side the other products for stress response.

1 capsule, 3 times daily on an empty stomach

Ashwagandha

Contains ashwaganda root, traditionally used as a rejuvenating tonic to help reduce stress while supporting the immune system and cognitive function. Great to support for day-to-day stress response. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that supports the stress response to help regulate a normal response. At higher doses it can also help with sleep.

For stress – 1 tablet, twice daily

For sleep – 1 tablet, three times daily

This should be used as a short term solution to boost the adrenal function. This does not correct or support anything but rather provides what the adrenal glads secrete. While you build the adrenal glands back up with Drenamin, this helps restore the levels of the adrenal hormones. Supports endocrine health. Provides short-term adrenal support for immediate energy needs as well as supporting the immune system in times of increased demand.

Kava is a great option for those who are experiencing difficulty getting to sleep because their brain won’t shut off. For most people it will help a person get back to sleep more quickly if they wake up. Kava is not only for sleep as it also helps calm the brain during the day when having trouble focusing. It calms nerves, eases effects of temporary nervous tension, promotes relaxation and sleep.

For general stress – 1-2 tablets daily

For sleep – 1-2 tablets, 1 hour before

Naturally occurring magnesium to help bridge the gap in dietary magnesium intake. Can be beneficial to relieve cramping, stiffness, and improve sleep.
